In Bulk order, cards come blank and unassembled (It means whole card will come flat. Inside lining will come loose. Any paste-up on the card like laser logo, ribbon, pocket etc would come loose). This is because in printing all items are required flat so once printing is done, printer will assemble the card for you. It is recommended to show the sample of card to printer and ask assembling cost.
